Health Club and Internet Broadcaster providing inexpensive Yoga and Pilates classes that you can view every day and watch wherever you are in the world. Classes that fit around you family, life and work. We produce new classes every week so you do not get bored. The classes are based on the classes we did in our Health Club on the previous week. These are not the groomed perfection of the exercise dvd, but real classes for real people. Yoga classes are an hour and a quarter long and Pilates one hour. Special offer for new members every month.
